Junior Sailing Break adds more activities to La Manga Club

Children inspired by Britain’s Olympic success on the waves will have the chance to sail for themselves at the new junior sailing camp at Spain’s La Manga Club in April 2013.

The resort’s new all-inclusive break is available to children aged 10 to 15 from April 27 to May 1.

The five-day course will take place on the famous Mar Menor salt lake on the Costa Calida.  It includes tuition, training and advice on all aspects of sailing from the Club’s team of experienced experts.

The package includes full board accommodation – based on two children sharing a room – in the venue’s fully-serviced four-star Las Lomas Village apartments – offered by Move Mountains Travel.

There is a 10% discount for parents staying in the apartments or the five-star Hotel Principe Felipe.

More sports academies to choose from
Youngsters can enhance their skills at more top class academies at the award-winning resort including tennis, cricket, rugby and football.

The Real Madrid Junior Football Academy will run for the second year in a row in July 2013 and the Michael Owen Rugby Academy will return for four weeks in July and August.

Daley Thompson and his Adventure Fitness company will be holding his popular athletics courses.  Created by the double Olympic gold winner and held in conjunction with world-class athletes it covers a wide selection of track and field disciplines.

Superb facilities
The La Manga Club also boasts superb facilities as a sports and leisure destination including three 18-hole golf courses, a tennis centre with 28 courts and a large spa and fitness centre.

Move Mountains Travel offers both five-star hotel and four-star serviced apartments at La Manga Club.  With more than 20 bars and restaurants, it is great fun for adults and children alike.
