BMW bring slalom racing and filming to Chamonix

March 6, 2013 News
BMW bring slalom racing and filming to Chamonix This winter a new slalom run in Chamonix, created in partnership with BMW, means that you can now test your skills and watch the results online. A permanent state-of-the-art slalom run was opened this season in the Balme area, in a joint venture between Compagnie du Mont Blanc and BMW. The idea is that each skier or snowboarder can test their racing skills.  Each descent is filmed by an HD camera and can be downloaded for free on the internet later on. Another development in Chamonix this season is the expanded snowpark in Les Houches with a more technical slope for experts, but also additional runs for beginners.
