Description
The scenery surrounding Au Coeur du Village is truly breathtaking. Sitting as it does at the heart of the idyllic La Clusaz village, the French Alps tower watchfully over the hotel’s grounds, providing spectacular views all year round.
Attempting to transcend the natural beauty outdoors, the interior design inside Au Coeur du Village certainly captures an essence of Alpine charm. The hotel’s spacious suites have been carefully crafted with aged timber and parquet, while the luxury furnishings provide a refined, rustic ambience.
Each of the hotel’s 50 suites have been designed with a large lounge area, as well as an open air balcony, from which guests can while away the hours watching over majestic resort and mountain range. Each suite is fitted with an innovative Balneo bathroom, in addition to a separate multi-jet shower, ideal for sharing amongst families and large groups.
La Clusaz has a number of exclusive boutiques and restaurants lining its snowy streets, but guests are sure to be enamored by the Au Coeur du Village’s own restaurant ‘Le 5.’ With a kitchen headed by chef Christophe Pacheco, winner of top cookery award Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2009 – 2011, the menu provides a blend of innovation and tradition, using local and ecologically fair ingredients.

Five cabins are available for private treatments, including one ‘wet’ cabin, which features a hot stone table treatment and direct access to a hammam. When to travel
Travel from Mid December to April to enjoy the beautiful ski season. Summer hiking and other summer activities are best enjoyed from Mid May to Mid September.

The Au Coeur du Village boasts a fantastic location at the foot of the slopes, 50m from the ski lifts and in the centre of La Clusaz.
Private or shared transfers can then be arranged to La Clusaz. Transfer times are approximate depending on weather & road conditions but usually 55 minutes for the 55km journey from Geneva.

Junior Suites: At an average size of 35m², these suites are ideal for a romantic getaway or a single person’s stay. They have large room for sleeping and a lounge area with a sofa for resting.
