Peering out from behind the alpine trees and overlooking the resort is the Hotel La Sivoliere. Carefully constructed with a wood and stone finish, this boutique hotel has an intimate simplicity and is a visual treat when illuminated in the winter evenings.
The design inside, however, is anything but rudimentary. Fitted with rich, wooden panelling, each room has a grand allure, with a stone tiled bathroom that follows suit. Opt for one of the hotel’s plush suites or apartments, and you’ll have a large stone fireplace to keep you company in the evenings, as well as a balcony or terrace from which to marvel at the snowcapped landscape.
La Sivoliere sits next to the Dou du Midi red piste, gifting it an unmatchable ski-in, ski-out convenience. Renowned for its range of slopes, Courchevel has always been a popular ski destination for families, which is why La Sivoliere has dedicated so much to its Kids Club. Kids can enjoy their own dinner service with other young guests, as well as mocktails (smoothies), a dedicated reception service and a 3D image play area. Meanwhile, grown-up guests can enjoy the local cuisine served in the hotel’s restaurant, or perhaps try their own cocktails at the charming lounge bar.

Transfer times are approximate depending on weather & road conditions but usually 2 ¼ hours for the journey from Geneva airport. Alternative airports include Lyon and Grenoble ( both approx 2 1/2 hour transfer) and Chambery (1 1/2 hour transfer).

Everything has been thought of when it comes to the younger members of your party.
The Kids Club service for children aged 4 - 12 years olds offers a personalised welcome at the mini reception, Mocktails (alcohol-free fruit cocktail), the Childrens' menu of the day and Kids Club passports.
Children also have their own currency, allowing them to buy pancakes, pastries and refreshments throughout their stay. There are also additional room gifts, soaps and shampoos.

Some activities to do as a family
Take a ride: Horse drawn carriage rides are available to book from the resort and are a fun and unique way to take in the extraordinary scenery.
Tobogganing: The popular Courchevel toboggan run is well worth a trip. It runs from the 1850 resort down to 1550 and is brilliant fun for all ages.
